Community Guidelines

PlayPalz is for finding your squad, hanging out with creators and leveling up together. These guidelines apply to everything on PlayPalz: posts, clips, comments, profiles, direct messages, channels and rooms, livestreams, tips, sessions and e-dates. They are part of our Terms of Service, and we have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users.

Not allowed

• Anything that sexualizes minors. Any sexual content involving someone under 18, and any sexual or romantic approach to a minor, leads to an immediate permanent ban and a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and law enforcement.
• Nudity and sexual content. No pornography, nudity or sexually explicit content, and no offering or asking for sexual services, in any part of the app, including sessions, e-dates and livestreams.
• Harassment and bullying. No targeting people with insults, threats, unwanted contact, doxxing (sharing someone's private information) or coordinated pile-ons.
• Hate. No attacks on people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity, disability or serious disease.
• Violence and threats. No threats, encouragement of violence or self-harm, or graphic violence or gore.
• Scams and fraud. No phishing, fake giveaways, account or coin trading, chargeback abuse, or asking people to pay or meet you off PlayPalz.
• Impersonation. Don't pretend to be another person, creator or brand, or a member of the PlayPalz team.
• Illegal activity. No selling or promoting drugs, weapons or other illegal goods or services, and no cheats, hacks or stolen accounts.
• Spam. No repetitive or unsolicited messages, fake engagement or misleading links.
• Other people's content. Only post what you have the right to share, and don't record or share someone's session, call or stream without their permission.

Keeping younger players safe

People aged 13 to 17 can use PlayPalz. To protect them, users under 18 can only exchange direct messages with people they mutually follow; they cannot book e-dates or cash out; they can only book sessions with hosts who choose to accept younger players; and they have lower tipping limits. Trying to get around these limits, for example by lying about your age or moving a conversation with a minor to another app, will get your account banned.

Report and block

• Report a post, comment, tip message or user from its "⋯" menu. You can report someone you met in a message, room or livestream from their profile.
• Block anyone from their profile or while reporting them. They won't be able to message you or interact with your content.
• Hide comments on your own posts.
• If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

How we moderate

Depending on how serious the violation is, we may:

• remove the content and send a warning,
• restrict features such as messaging, going live or earning,
• suspend the account for a period, or
• permanently ban the account, and any new accounts made to get around the ban.

Serious violations, such as anything involving the safety of minors, credible threats or illegal activity, lead to an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement. If you think we got it wrong, email playpalz@playpalz.gg.
